The protein story...regarding structure

Proteins are Macromolecules composed of 20 different AMINO ACIDS(Essential amino acids) average structure or molecule of protein consisting of around 300 amino acids or 25oo atoms,the amino acids in proteins are covalently bonded and its the amino acid side chains deciding the chemical property of proteins including both structure and functions..usually proteins fold up into specific structures called as the secondary structures(alpha helix and beta sheets)...This video is all about how the proteins are in constant change...
